..how do you think you’ve changed..?

...I don’t mean as a person of course, but how you post and respond to other posters..

..I first joined only to discuss BB, as I suspect a lot of others did..I was here quite a while before I stayed off season..even then I fairly much kept on the perimeters of the forum, posting in the A-Z threads and occasionally joining in a serious debate topic, keeping to myself and never really wanting to get involved too much...

..when you look back on old posts, do you think you think you’ve changed from the way you used to post in the beginning...?

Only been here 5 months, so i do not think i have changed at all tbh :)

I was more involved when I posted during off season at the start. I practically lived in The Den. Now I don't post so much in the chat threads, people like me less as well since I became a mod I think

Not particulary (apart from the fact I haven't watched BB properly for a good 2 years)

I suppose other peoples posting styles rub off on me a bit, so when I'm talking to them I can't help but post similar to them

..that's interesting...I think you've always been a mod since I've been here...or at least I didn't notice when you became one....

..I think the only 'new mods' I know were Kerry and MTVN...I don't think either of them really changed since becoming one....

..not that I'm saying you did either...I just didn't know you as a non mod...

I've showed a far more humorous sidemto me in the past few months :)

I've changed for the better, I cringe and want to self harm whenever I consider those days.

I was probably more uptight when I first joined and less laid back, just joined to talk for a few weeks about BB11 then planned to leave and I might have come across as a bit of a dick in there. I remember when I was really new I sent Ben a pissy PM having a moan at him for closing a thread as I was replying :laugh:

Like Nathan said, other peoples posting style does rub off a bit as well

I don't think I've necessarily changed since becoming a mod, more that other peoples opinions of me have, people have fallen out with me because I've infracted them etc

..I used to think you were probably the most scary mod of all time....

..yeah, you don't seem as prominent in serious debates as you used to be....

case in point..when talking to ammi..i can't help it

..yeah, that is always difficult and always going to happen I guess when you have to slip from the poster roll to the mod roll...it happens all of the time in real life as well...in jobs...

I used to be scared of Dezzy, :D

Then i was in his Darkwood Isle game and got to talk to him a bit.

I think other people would notice more if I have changed than I would myself. Probably changed a lot really. :shrug:

That's partly also because I've been less interested in politics recently as well, domestic politics at least, and also because I started to like more members so was less inclined to argue with them :laugh:

and because SD sucks because every debate has been exhausted

That's true, used to always get involved with capital punishment ones but can't be bothered anymore

..I think there are too many news stories and not enough proper dabates...

..whatever a proper dabate is...
