I can get the 'Christmassy' feeling if I listen to a Christmas song in July, only for those short few minutes mind you. I've been listening to a few on the music channels over the past few days because they've started now and it's starting to kick in properly.

But on the whole I'd say 30th November/1st December, when we put the decorations up. And then from then it just builds until the big day.

Black Dagger 18-11-2012 12:31 AM

I can't be ****ed with it at all, usually kicks in the week before, but this year, let's just skip December.

As soon as bonfire night is out of the way I start thinking about it. All the ads start properly on the tv and I get gift shopping etc. Love it.

Jordan. 18-11-2012 07:18 AM

Doesn't really, it comes around too quick these days so I never find it exciting. Hopefully we'll get some snow next month, that should help :amazed:

About now and toward the end of November. The stores, this year, were pushing it with putting out decorations on November 10th though. Barely got over Halloween and bam! spiced Christmas bazaar candles and cinnamon/clove-seasoned fully-opened pine cones in a sack(no doubt kept over from last year,) upon entering the store. http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/p...tial/laugh.gif
