What were your best and worst Christmas presents..?

.....All the weeks of planning, shopping and wrapping are over.....the presents given and received on Christmas Day are open.....

....some of us may have received a wonderful surprise, others a gift we don't quite know what to do with....

...do you usually unwrap your dream gift....or are your gifts quite often a horror story...?...

.....what are your best and worst Christmas presents ever...?..

I usually get great presents, I have to say. However, when I was a child I remember unwrapping a doll in a high chair when I was expecting rollerskates. I hated that doll and ended up shooting holes in it with my brother's air rifle. The disappointment haunts me to this day. I still can't rollerskate and I blame my parents.

I remember my heart used to sink whenever I'd unwrap clothes and have to put on a fake smile because I didn't want to hurt my Aunt and Uncle's feelings. lol
If it wasn't a toy, it was useless to me.

But, now, a nice new pair of jeans or a new jacket is amazing.

Although my mother tends to get me scarf and gloves or a jumper that I just couldn't wear. Bless her, she tries.

My worst present ever was last year, My mum said I have a main present that i'll really like, Made it sound amazing, so I was getting all excited about it, thinking it would be something really amazing. So, Christmas day, Here it is, It's quite small, so I umwrap it and It turns out to be a Frame with My name in it... WHAT?? :nono:

I tend to get the things I was hoping for, within reason. Haven't really wanted that much for a few years now though, can't beat just getting a good book on Christmas morning

I honestly can't remember ever being disappointed with anything on xmas day.

My best I think was my Ann Sally Doll
