I never have a full nights sleep. Last night though I just could not switch off at all.

aw that must be quite difficult to deal with. Occasionally I have a night where I cant get to sleep and its horrible...I guess you have tried all the tried and tested methods?

i get to sleep ok but then soon wake up and cant get back occasionally i cant get to sleep and its awful so i feel for u.
