She didn't leave them totally alone - You'd think a 15 year old would be smart enough to do something if they were in that situation.

I really wish people would actually read things properly rather than just jumping to conclusions.

But is that Safe and Legal?

You'd expect your typical 15-year-old to have an ounce of common sense.

We all need to stop judging her she may of gone to the beach to see if the sand was safe for her children.

Depends how much Beer
they had.

The fact is, whether with a 15 year old or not, she should have organised better care. Butter and milk in the fridge as well? What is that for young kids?

Perhaps she should have organised her children to be put in the care of a reponsible adult.
