Bosses on the Channel 5 reality show wanted the rapper to appear in the new series next month. However when Tulisa’s lawyers got wind of the plan they told station chiefs to bar him — because he had previously signed an agreement not to appear on any reality shows.

Big Brother chiefs were keen to get MC Ultra — real name, Justin Edwards — on the new series because of his notoriety over the sex tape.He hit the headlines earlier this year after releasing footage online of Tulisa, his then girlfriend, performing a sex act backstage at an N-Dubz concert. He originally denied he released the film but when Tulisa took him to court in July he admitted it.
