how much time do u waste trying to sleep?
 

Ive invented a product as yet untested, Im starting with general discussions about how long people sleep andhow long they spend trying to sleep.

I estimate I waste 2 hours a night in between sleep wrestling with my pillows

I work, run a house, help with the family business and have a 2 year old so at the moment sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow....sometimes before. I get about 6 hours a night on a good night...

My OH on the other hand says it takes him around 2 hours to go to sleep....

I'm not sure how long - but every night it seems to take an eternity to get to sleep.

Roughly about an hour. Whats the invention?

About 1 hour a night.. but on a bad night.. like Christmas Eve.. I'll waste about 3/4 hours

An hour or so. But my time getting to sleep is also a rare opportunity to just lie in the dark and sort out my thoughts so to me it is not wasted. I always have a great time because I'm usually high anyway and I might crack one out.

usually only takes me up to half an hour to fall asleep

Normally about an hour, on a weekday I aim to be in bed by 11pm. No matter how tired I am I have to watch the news and the Sky Press Preview at 11:30pm. My mind won't rest without it!

I take ages to get to sleep, insomnia :(

I usually read for about a half hour before I sleep, but if the book is interesting, it could be an hour or two.
