and I have a hair appointment for tomorrow, I'm going dark chocolate brown with fine gold hints and haven't yet decided how short to go :eek:

Is your hair naturally straight kate,if so a bob looks good,but if it's prone to be wavy,it would have to be done often to keep it straight.
