Yep, his is one of the best costumes, some of them must spend months making them.

If only film makers realised costumes can look just as good if not better than obsessive CGI

It's probably just a lot cheaper now for cgi stuff, but yea when you see the making of some movies now, most of the time it's just someone in front of a green screen and tennis balls seem to always be involved.
