Fitness...
 
Well I joined the gym last year and now I have started going regularly it feels good building up fitness and trying to be more healthier:).

What type of fitness do you all do?

I walk the dog and sometimes go on the odd long walk. My fitness is fine, I never get out of breath and hardly ever seem to get ill.

I walk the dogs and do Zumba,I have just gone back to Zumba after a few weeks off as I tore my ham string(bloody painful it was too) and I am easing myself back into it slowly,love swimming too.

I have a crosstrainer which I use often and I try to do stuff like weights but I usually give up because its too hard and boring.
