Just watched BOTS for the first time this year..
 

Two things to say;

1. Why is that fat bull dog Gracie still allowed on the audience? Honestly she's been on it most nights since Big Brother returned 2 years ago, does this beast have nothing else to do with her time? And she's so loud too, Jesus.

2. That new feature 'The Post Box' is absolutely amazing. It really felt like Emma and Jamie were looking at us directly and telling us how it is, from the heart - no bollocks or beating around the bush. The show should be more like this in future in my opinion, less pisstaking and trying to be funny - and more hard hitting news and facts.

ALSO - Anyone else get a nice little feeling when Emma mentioned BBLB? :love:

I love Bit On The Side :( I prefer it to the main show quite often. Only with Emma though, it's sh*t at weekends.

The Post Room's great, needs a longer section though and should be on much more often. I actually love it when Emma lets her opinions slip, she's usually got great ones and is on the side of entertainment over 'reality' (or whatever you wanna call it).

And yeah I mentioned it in the BOTS thread, I love it when Emma said 'we used to film BBLB there', it made me feel all reminiscent :( you can tell she loves the show.

I think the post room is the best thing about BOTS. Imagine if they had that during BB13 and all the questions about Conor.

It needs to return for BB14, Honestly - apart from that Bit On The Side is irrelevant, it needs a revamp. Ditch the audience IMO.

I'd like to see them answering more questions from viewers too.

yep it was good to see them talking about the show honestly, the audience can be annoying (do they have to have the same people every show?) and jamie should grow that beard back, fast

Yeah I was a bit disappointed how they swerved the question about the Rylan show, we all appreciate that they have to show the HMs to are doing the most ie Spiedi and Rylan, but why is he getting the lions share of the tasks is what I wanted answered.

The way they ducked the Rylan issue was embarrasing. I'm surprised by Emma but particualry Jamie for having no back bone. If they were real BB fans they'd be outraged not towing the party line like they did last night. The explanatiion that Rylan be allowed to leave the house was basically 'the price you pay for such a great HM' was ridiculous. The bit where they read out the contents of the live feed was an insult to the other HM's and blatant favouratism

Everyone said BB would turn to sh*t when it went to 5, I'm surprised at how soon thats happened.

Emma did let slip last night a few of her true thoughts. Although she's in the awkward position of having strong views of the show and working for the show... she can't exactly say anything strongly viewed on air without getting into trouble!

i thought the comments about who the task go to was bs. maybe if they spread it to who most consider bores it would help those people. sadly with this cast i doubt it.

No it wasn't. Because quite clearly that's all they are doing, as Speidi (and Rylan to an extent) fans have been telling everyone else since day 1. I'm pretty damn sure that if Tricia and Frankie were having full on slanging matches every day and flinging their sh*t at each other we'd see it on the highlights show.

They are a dull bunch of housemates. It's one of the worst CBB casts in history, and producers clearly know the casting team have picked a dire line-up this year and so quite rightfully have not only focused on the only housemates that actually are doing anything (Rylan and Speidi), but have tried to focus everything around them in a bid to stir things up and ensure maximum entertainment.

Whether you believe the other HM's do nothing it to be true or not it was an unnecessary thing to say. In a few short seconds BOTS basically admitted they are biased toward some HM's.

Its actually a very good tactic to let the 'big' characters pick each other off. So I'm not suprised others have moved to the background most people would in that instance. Most people dont have the stomach to live in that type of atmosphere every day but what is not acceptable is for the BOTS presenters say that fine by them. It was unprofessional to say the least
