Whatever may have been spent, people want to see what HEIDI would be like without him - not out of any kind of negativity, but perhaps because like me, they find the spectacle of someone who seems that nice forced by circumstance, into being so nasty.

I don't know why people care so much about their relationship, she seems to adore him and tbf he seems to adore her too

Perhaps it's a bit of the Beauty and The Beast factor.
Perhaps they want to 'rescue' her.

It's possibly the basis of their relationship. I can almost see it now:

They are in love and enjoy each others company more than spending their time with vile people who don't even like them.

They are a commercial entity with one controlling the other after striping her of all of her identity. He is not only a control freak, he is an accident waiting to happen.

I feel sorry for Heidi, she has been brainwashed by Spencer, who is a nutjob control freak. He has turned her against all her family & friends & made her entirely reliant on him. She probably thinks she could never have anyone else as Spencer has probably drummed that into her. He also insisted she have all that awful plastic surgery. I wouldn't be at all surprised if he was violent towards her behind closed doors too. The guy is a psychopath.
