Does it seem like Spencer doesn't love Heidi as much as she loves him?
 

I get that impression. There's nothing bad about that. Most couples have one partner who has stronger feelings for the other.
"Love" usually goes one way in the real world.

When she was making that speech to him in the bedroom, he seemed a bit embarassed and tried to change the subject. He didn't reciprocate it either. He just made a jokey reference to star trek and said his mother is watching.

I don't just think Spencer loves Heidi, he is obsessed with her! He is a controlling arsehole who probably slaps her about at home...

Stop with the jealousy people it's not funny.

Heidi is more vocal, that doesn't mean Spencer doesn't feel the same.

I do sort of get that impression but it probably is that she's just more vocal.

Spencer does seem to love her quite a lot. Their love is more emotional than physical (we'll just brush over the two nights of her playing with his bits in bed).

They do have a rather odd relationship though. Being together 24/7 must get boring? I'd find that too intense, every couple needs time with their friends, or just some down time. I think them sticking together as this force never allowed them to get to know the rest of the house closely. Spencer clearly wears the shoes though, and I think Heidi perhaps hasn't let herself fully shine due to Spencer, he's very controlling of her.

But each to their own. Their relationship seems to work well between them so leave them to it, they are clearly happy with things. We don't all share the same idea of how relationships or love should be handled.
