USA: Credit Card Surcharge: New 4% when you buy in a store

You walk into a shop
buy with your Credit Card like you have being doing
and a Extra 4% Charge is added.

A lot of places already do add 1.5% surcharge to pay the credit card company charges.

A Few Companies have said they're not doing it, I don't see it as a big deal because I only use my card for Gas, Sporting Events, and Emergencies.

and a few states ban it anyway, Including mine.
