BB's Final Hour on Channel 4
 

Was just rewatching this, so strange to look back on. In a way it's funny - because we have Big Brother back now, but then in a way it's sad.. part of me wishes the show hadn't of came back and had of remained the way it was left on Channel 4 at that final hour.

Such a great celebration and a perfect way to send the show out. Once Channel 5's Big Brother comes to an end in a few years, or who knows how long - I doubt they'll have an event like The Final Hour.

Still get goosebumps watching it back.

The Jade Goody video and the Davina one seriously make my have a lump in my throat.

I miss Davina presenting.

The Jade video seriously should of been replaced with a massive best bits video of the whole 11 Series. Not being a dick but there was already tons of tributes to her, also during BB10 aswell they had a tribute.

Shame it came at the tail end of the worst regular series in the shows history [at least 4 still had tradition, and 8 is nowhere near as bad as it's made out to be even though it was a textbook example of how to create a revolving door twist labyrinth that confused and alienated viewers] that even UBB couldn't rescue.

Glad to see someone pointing BB11 out to be ridiculously sh*te - people seem to forget that.

Still stand by what I said ages ago, they should of never had Series 11. Ended it with BB10 and had Ultimate Big Brother for the whole Summer, using just Ex Housemates from the past Ten years, and no celebrities.

I don't know how easy it would be to get ex HM sign up for the whole thing again.

BB11 and unfortunately UBB were awful :( sad.

I remember how weird it was when that ended :( and now watching it back it seems kind of petty really, if that's the right word. Or pointless, I guess. I still miss Davina, I agree though in that they should've had one big best bits package for every series from start to finish.

And see I loved UBB but the wrong people left early, if only we'd have had vote to save back then. John and Makosi should've been in the final for sure.

Ulrika and Preston making the final was a joke. Dulrika shouldn't have even been back in in the first place.

If it had ended there, Josie would've been the final proper winner.

As much as Channel 4's Big Brother was THE Big Brother... Without Channel 5 we wouldn't even have a Big Brother to talk about right now. The show has taken a new direction - We just need to accept that.

Yes, okay there are elements of the show we will never get back - Davina, Live Feed, the Eviction format... But we need to take it that Channel 5 is taking a new approach and have decided on new things. As much as we might hate and despise it...

Honestly, if Brian just stayed the way he was - he would of been an amazing host.

But the Pre-Titles/Titles still give me the chills... and it's a teary moment.

Just watched most of it, Skipped Brians interview as C5 has actually made me viciously hate Brian Dowling with such a passion... I liked him before though.

Its so depressing to see even at its lowest point on C4 it was better than C4.. The set , the fireworks, Davina and the graphics and titles, they were **** compared to recent years but now there just pure amazing because now we have a cross between a childs tv show and a low budget music channel.

I remember watching that, the last time they rolled those titles. Oh My God.
Was tense.

The Graphics and Titles are still pretty nice. Hello Charlie did a great job for CBB11.

No ****ing way LOL. Skip to 33:10 and watch for a couple of minutes. That's crazy foreshadowing :o

Brian & Davina watching the fireworks together always gets me.

I agree it should've ended there and then... Ch5 are so tacky and lazy, they really don't know what they're doing

The titles dont suit the them tune at all... Its a couple of moving squares. The titles were at the best this year but they were still pretty dreadful. The graphics are just apalling, at first I taught they were nice but after a week I copped on how atrocious they really were. The same graphics have been used for 6 series now.

This. They're improving. If they just keep the cloud graphics away to ****** for BB14, then I'll be happy.

And also, BB13's Eye is one of the best eyes we have ever had. IDC what anyone says, I fell in love with it.
