I wonder if the use of the Taser in these particular circumstances was the correct course of action bearing in mind he had the knife held firmly against his throat ?
The effect of the Taser may have inadvertently caused him to violently twitch and accidentally cut his own throat. Wouldn't it have been better to speak with him and encourage him to put the knife down first ? |
