Favourite board games?

Just about to play articulate with my friends (love this game) and just wondered what everyone else's fave board games are.

Risk  the perfect game.

Love Monopoly, chess, Cranium, Trivial Pursuit and Scrabble too... and how dare you forget kerplunk and jenga? (even if there's no board)

Trivial Pursuit & Chess

When my brother and I were kids we had Frustration, similar to Ludo but with a kind of dice-popper in the middle. It was a really simple game but we played with my Mum and Dad for hours.

I like Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble and Pictionary.

Forgot about Chess. I really like to play but I'm very bad. I have no strategy at all. If I ever win it is purely by accident.

LemonJam 05-02-2013 11:25 AM

Risk, Cluedo and Chess. I'm awful at chess though. I start off fairly strong then always manage to **** it up near the end.

Trival Prusuit especially around mates just to show off what a smart ass you were when you knew the science questions :D

Monopoly and Checkers are the only ones I've ever played properly I think. Would probably like Chess aswell but I've never learned how to play it.

Ryan57 05-02-2013 02:23 PM

Monopoly followed by Ludo.

Roy Mars III 05-02-2013 02:25 PM

Still play Risk all the time.

My favourite board game is one called Diplomacy, which is like Risk but without dice. That game has ruined so many friendships

Play Chess everyday as well, but that is a sport not a boardgame

Apple202 05-02-2013 02:29 PM

Cluedo and Chess.

Can't beat a bit of Cluedo, being a spy for the day.

james130 07-02-2013 01:34 AM

Gotta be Cluedo!
Always take notes and try and work out what other people may have been shown.
Take that game way too seriously!

Kizzy 07-02-2013 01:51 AM

Amy Jade 07-02-2013 02:01 AM
