Fearne Cotton gives birth to baby boy...
 

The Radio One DJ took to Twitter this morning to reveal the news that she and boyfriend Jesse Wood were now proud parents.

She wrote: "Jesse and I are over the moon to announce the arrival of Rex Rayne Wood born on the 21.2.13 beyond in love."

Fearne Cotton announced her pregnancy in August last year, again taking to Twitter to reveal the happy news.

She posted: "Jesse and I are very happy to announce we are having a baby.

"We are over the moon, morning sickness aside (me, not Jess) and looking forward to the little Cotton Woods arrival."

It was reported earlier on in Fearne’s pregnancy that she and Jesse were expecting a girl, something that the DJ denied

Slamming the reports (which of course have been proved completely wrong today), Fearne admitted that she and Jesse had decided not to find out the sex of the child.

She tweeted: "Some reports saying im having a girl. I DONT know what im having so these stories are false."

Fearne Cotton went on maternity leave from her job at Radio One at Christmas last year with Sara Cox taking over her daily show.

She has also been temporarily replaced by Kelly Brook on panel show Celebrity Juice while she spends time with her new family.
