Even if they did pass it would be unfair to give half of them letters from home and the other half not.

Probabaly not. I'd imagine they wouldn't want too many of the housemates knowing about the hideaway. It would then become too obvious as everyone would desperatly be trying to conceal grins. Then again, it costs them less when they fail. I still doubt it though!

I think Mikey knows but is smart enough not to say anything cause he knows if he does he will Fail the Task.

If they've watched the show before they'll know that it pays to keep quiet even if you know something's going on. I knew Imogen and Aisleynes fake tan would get them in trouble. Too vain to wait. I mean it's sunny anyway!

They've already spoke to the officers a number of times without prompting so if you add that to the onion task they have failed.

Their only task is to convince the prison guards they aren't living it up.

Two Tasks one for the food budget ,which is the talking to guards onion task and one for the letters.
