EMBARRASSED Big Brother transsexual Sam Brodie is nicked by a copper — for using a LADIES toilet.

The 19-year-old — who dresses and refers to himself as a woman — was spotted by a BB fan who called police.

I'm sorry but Sam should use the mens toilets. Thats just like ANY man walking into the ladies toilets and not expecting to be arrested.

Nah it was posted 28th July.
And I don't think it was a waste of police time (although there was probably too many police turn up for it). If a man walked into a female bathroom I too would expect him to be questioned.
