Lucid Dreams
Ever had them?
I seem to have a strange habit of getting them, must be around 2 or three times a month edit: should of made the poll public, woops |
Only a couple of times and I knew i was dreaming but I couldn't control what happened in the dream, plus they were nightmares
|
Regularly. Don't even do anything specific to get them. Maybe 3 times a week tbh. Amazing when you bump into Beyonce and you know it's a dream where whatever you say she's yours..:)

I haven't had lucid dreams, but I've had sleep paralysis which is a part of lucid dreaming I think.
|
I love when I have these, probably twice a week

Sleep paralysis is scary as hell, when I get it I always think theres someone standing over me and I can't move to turn round and see who/what it is, I have actually woke my partner up crying because of it a couple of times, and yeah I get lucid dreams but not a lot.
|
What is it? Like a wet dream?

Yes. I have kinda 'trained' myself to do it quite often.
Whenever I dream I am in a certain place, I realise I am asleep and can control everything from then on :D |
I think they normally happen when youre been woken up when youre 'dreaming' but you go straight back to sleep and return to your 'dream' but its now a 'lucid dream' where you can control what happens from then on.
I just had a nap and had one :joker: |
I don't think I have but I have sleep paralysis at least once or twice a month, it's awful. I don't get the visions of people in the room though, I just feel as though I can't move anything and can't breath, it gets more difficult as it goes on, feels as though I'm being suffocated almost. When I first got it it took me ages to get back to sleep especially because I literally found it so hard to break out of, but because I have it so often now it's easier...you just have to put your mind to moving your finger or foot around and you'll snap out of it. It's awful because you know you're in a state of sleep paralysis. It's easier said than done though :(
