A lottery head scratcher,
You can win the lottery but the worst person you can think of, will win double what ever you win!
Do you take the money and make your own life better knowing you will make someone else's life even better, even tho they dont deserve it?

How would you know they are a rapist or murderer unless they're in prison? It's not going to do them much good in there.
