Has anyone seen the trailer?

The premise of this series is pretty much how a town copes with being cut off from the rest of the world after being seperated by a clear dome. (Bit like simpsons the movie)

The story originates from a stephen king novel of the same name.

I cant wait and thinks the trailer looks very good.

I started reading the book but give up halfway through.

What made you stop reading? The story line or the fact that its so long?

Aired on CBS in the States' on Monday night to massive ratings, 13.5m.

Just watched the pilot and I really enjoyed it. Basically, the world is at a standstill when a mysterious invisible glass separates a town.

Exec. produced by Steven Speilberg.

Worth a watch. UK right picked up by Channel 5. Premiere date TBA.

The acting sometimes is a bit to be desired but it's Great.

Don't bother reading the book for spoilers, it's branched off already. Other than being in a dome it's completely different. (I heard the book ending sucked anyway and they have no intention of following that.

The pilot was quite good :)

I'm reading the book at the moment, well I took a break since BB started, I might wait till I finish it before I watch the tv show.

Its a good book, again in true SK form with quite a disappointing final quarter. I've been meaning to watch this series online, however a friend of mine who is also a big SK fan almost gave up after a poor first episode, but after sticking with it is quite enjoying it.

Just watched the trailer, looks like it has some potential.
