Do you like soft or hard cheese or both?

Soft fluffy melt in your mouth Mozzarella is my favorite cheese.

There's nothing more delicious than fresh Mozzarella and fresh basil. Food of the Gods.

Even the ones I first try and dislike, I try again and come around to liking them. So both.

Monterey Jack is good. Especially with Mexican food.

I love the way americans pronounce basil, we say bazil...you say baayzil.

Hard mainly, not keen on some soft cheeses, like cottage, but others are ok.

Oh.... well, I don't like expensive mouldy looking or smelly cheeses or processed cheese in squares or triangles:yuk:
I like cottage cheese, white crumbly cheeses, mild yellow cheeses and boursin.

Oh, I thought this was about rolls. Rolls, cheese, soft, hard, like both. Some foods are better hard though :D

haloumi is my favourite, so soft I guess.
