McDonalds etiquette

Do you eat your McDonalds off a plate or from the bag/cartons?

Jake. 12-04-2013 03:52 PM

From the plate, I'm not some animal

Shaun 12-04-2013 03:53 PM

from the bag unless it's gone cold and I want to microwave it (it's a long walk from there to my house )

Saph 12-04-2013 03:53 PM

From a plate

Jack_ 12-04-2013 03:54 PM

I don't think I've ever eaten McDonald's off a plate :o I'm assuming that's taking it home like a takeaway and emptying it onto plates as you do with fish and chips? We couldn't do that anyway, our nearest one is a 20 minute drive away...and there's no way I'll wait more than 30 seconds to start eating it.

Drew. 12-04-2013 03:56 PM

open up the burger box.. poor the chips into the other side, saves some washing up

Ammi 12-04-2013 03:56 PM

..I would eat any take-away off a plate because like Shaun, it takes a while to get home..(about twenty minutes..)... and always needs to be heated up ....

Marc 12-04-2013 03:56 PM

Don't be so bloody stupid, plates are ridiculous.

Have never eaten a McDonalds not in the restaurant but if I did take it home I wouldn't put it on a plate, unneccessary washing up

Marc 12-04-2013 03:59 PM

Ammi 12-04-2013 04:02 PM

..it would be cold from the carton..we live in the middle of nowhere and it takes a long time to get it home...

Shaun 12-04-2013 04:03 PM

..I don't even collect the drinks if we get a McDonalds because it's too traumatic worrying if they'll all spill in the car...

Smithy 12-04-2013 04:08 PM

Many people buy a new car purely for this reason

Buy one on amazon or halfords

Jesus. 12-04-2013 04:19 PM

I actually do both. I pour the fries into the side, but then you still need a plate to balance it on.

I prefer BK, so I unwrap the burger and pour the fries onto the soft burger wrapping sheet and mop up the sauce with the fries. Still need a plate though.
