do we know for sure that it was a false rape accusation? Did the victim admit that she lied?

but what caused her to make the false accusation to begin with? were they in a relationship and he dumped her or something? There must have been some reason why she was out to get him.

didn't say in the article. There was probably some reason, but whatever it was it does not warrant him being killed( which she knew would happened once she pointed him out)

Yeah because she participated. see, the 15 year old is not Emma. she is not named in the acticle. She told Emma, who then went and got his thug friends. the 3 of them beat up the kid. 15 yr old didnt.
Emma got the lesser sentence, because she called the cops, to try to deflect the crime oto the 2 dudes!
