..I do tend to not sleep many hours at night, so if I do sit down long in the afternoon, I often fall asleep...sometimes at my laptop...I've done that loads of times...

I don't often nap, I find it really hard to sleep again once I'm up... on occasion though, it's great :love:

I never nap, I either end up sleeping for 8 hours or i'll wake up wondering where I am and what day it is
