Neither, I don't go round telling people how I feel all the time but I don't deliberately hide my emotions either

It's all about the context. Never reveal your hand too early, but if I'm with someone, then I'm not afraid to tell them how I feel - which is normally superior.

My heart is very deep down inside of me, it's definitely not on my sleeve. It's very well protected.
