Thursday or Friday Launch Night?
 

On Channel 4 I always liked that they scheduled the launch night on Fridays. It was a great night to launch since nothing really is on Fridays that draw big ratings.

But, since moving to Channel 5 it's always been launching on different days.

BB 12 launched on Friday night.

BB 13 launched on Tuesday night.

CBB 8 launched on Thursday night.

CBB 9 launched on Thursday night.

CBB 10 launched on Wednesday night.

CBB 11 launched on Thursday night.

Which do you prefer? Various launch night days? or a Stable launch night?

I preferred Friday's on C4 but I'd rather it be a Thursday this year, especially if it's the 6th. The 7th would be disastrous cause it'd be up against the first live show of The Voice.

I loved Fridays, especially when there was LF - I watched until dawn ..... :cool:

Fridays so I can stay watching the live feed through the night...

Doesn't much matter nowadays.

I prefer midweek launches at it means you generally don't have to wait as long for the next live show

not particularly fussy, but I do like Friday night launches.

Friday or Wednesday.

To be fair, Friday launches weren't a regular occurrence on Channel 4 (post-2005 at least - that's as far back as I can be bothered to check :laugh:).

- Hijack launched on a Thursday
- BB9 launched on a Thursday
- CBB6 launched on a Friday
- BB10 launched on a Thursday
- CBB7 launched on a Sunday
- BB11 launched on a Wednesday
- UBB launched on a Tuesday

I don't mind really, but Friday night is a bit more special than Thursday

Ratings wise Fridays not usually a good idea.

Thursday launch all the way.

Friday so I can have a few glasses of wine
