Thomas Jefferson would be the more obvious retort, because it is well known and proven that he fathered children with one of his slaves.

But i'm Sure George Washington raped his slaves too. I mean if you have slaves, why not? There are a lot of black people with the surname Washington now that i think about it....

There was actually far more slave rape and indigenous (native american) rape in the spanish colonies (the conquistadors) that is why latino's are darker skinned, because the spanish thought it perfectly acceptable to take native american"brides" and african slave "brides", while actually in the english colonies it was very much frowned upon. BUt that is why Latin Americans are darker skinned generally.

The Spanish were far more brutal. Especially against women.
