TIBB secret eaters challenge
Hello! I have been avidly watching secret eaters, I love it!
Would anyone like to join me in an TIBB secret eaters club? We could log what we eat throughout the day, offer each other help and advice and menu tips. It is cheaper than weight watchers or slimming world haha. Every evening write down everything that past your lips throughout the day, food or beverage including snacks and sugar in tea. Food diary example: breakfast, 2 boiled eggs toast 2 cups of tea with 1 sugar mid morning, apple 2 biscuits lunch, tuna/mayo sandwich on white snickers can of diet coke evening meal, new potatoes gammon and beans latte 1 sugar other snacks, packet of crisps hot chocolate. The most important thing is to be honest, and list everything you eat. You can put your starting weight too if you wish, or not haha. Will post my diary this evening :) |
I could do with losing a few pounds tbh.
And I've always intended to keep a log of what I eat. Challenge accepted. Will find the scales in a bit and get my weight. |

i have a really high metabolism and eat all the time and iv always stayed slim, but my problem is i usually eat a lot of unhealthy food because of it so i'll give this a try :)

The whole point of secret eaters is that no one keeps accurate food diaries. What you are proposing goes against the entire premise of the show.

I haven't eaten anything, there's no food in the house, not even a loaf of bread :sad:

Mine so far today :
8:30am - Small bowl of rice crispies with low fat milk and a spoon of sugar, a glass of water 9am - Black Coffee no sugar 11:30am - Black Coffee no sugar 1:15pm - Mackerel sandwich, a packet of cheese & onion crisps and an apple with a cup of tea (small bit of milk and half a spoon of sugar) 3:30pm - Black coffee no sugar |
I may aswell do this too....
Breakfast - Cheerios with semi skimmed milk and a bottle of water. Lunch - Scrambled egg, dry fried mushrooms, 4 cherry tomatoes and a cup of tea (milk no sugar) |

I'm not going to put my weight as I don't really know it and I'd probably be shocked Anyway I've had the following today: Breakfast: 1 coffee with milk and 1 sugar followed by a pint of water Lunch: potato and leek soup and a small chicken and bacon baguette A small cup of coffee with milk and sugar That's all so far. |
