Channel 5 were actually quite clever...
...in the way they outed the second launch show in the preliminaries yesterday, so channel 4 would assume that was it (and schedule MPD against it) only to get the head start on them and release the first launch show. I bet they knew Channel 4 would try and play dirty.

The fact that Channel 4 are even trying stunts like this illistrates that they do to some extent regret getting rid of Big Brother. Nothing has captured the imagination of the public in quite the same way has it?
