Cheryl Cole has been named the most inspirational woman of the decade following on from her rags-to-riches tale of shooting to fame and securing her place as the nation’s sweetheart.

Cheryl Cole is ‘The Most Inspirational Woman of the Decade’ according to an online poll

Mrs Cole bagged first place in a poll ran by the UK’s leading cosmetic treatment review site www.goodsurgeonguide.co.uk by women who voted her because of her ‘beauty’ and her ‘success’.

Other celebrities that featured in the top ten include Jennifer Aniston , Sharon Osbourne and Kylie Minogue .

Black Dagger 02-06-2013 07:08 PM

This is the least credible list I've ever seen ever.

Black Dagger 02-06-2013 07:08 PM

Lafta awards are more credible than this poll.

bbfan1991 02-06-2013 07:24 PM

What a joke.

Cheryl Tweedy has inspired people not to be a chavvy, talentless mess like she is.

Ryan57 02-06-2013 08:57 PM

Katie Piper should be much higher, if not top.

Truly incredible woman.

Marsh. 02-06-2013 09:01 PM

What?

And Jennifer Aniston? Apart from starring in Friends 10 years ago and giving women hair envy what's she done?

GypsyGoth 02-06-2013 09:04 PM

Cheryl Cole is more inspirational than J K Rowling??

What kind of morons voted on this list?

Firewire 02-06-2013 09:04 PM

I love Cheryl, but no way is she the most inspirational woman.

Omah 02-06-2013 09:07 PM

Made me :laugh3:

Cherie 02-06-2013 09:12 PM

Oh Cheryl, yes she has inspired me to buy some hair products because I'm worth it, not sure why you are all so surprised, of course Cheryl is truly inspirational, she moved on from that unsavoury incident in the ladies, made friends with and fell out with some of her band members, ashley and simon, she is a true great.:D:

MTVN 02-06-2013 09:12 PM

Glad my vote seems to have made an impact, well done to Cheryl

Shaun 02-06-2013 09:29 PM

not really that surprising when it comes from a plastic surgery website.

just cast the likes of Beinazir Bhutto aside

Jake. 02-06-2013 09:32 PM

Good going Cheryl

The GoodSurgeonGuide is the brain-child genius of Christiana. The idea for this cosmetic surgery review site came to her following the birth of her second child. It’s the usual story: woman no longer feels confident with the changes to her body following a major event such as birthing. Seeing an opportunity to regain her figure, which she says her much loved second child “desecrated” in the 9-months he’d inhabited her, she researched high and low to find opinions on cosmetic surgery and surgeons she could trust. Now if you know Christiana, she’s a feisty, funny little woman.. a northern gal who isn’t that clever and suffers innately with a lack of trust and a failed ambition in journalism which means she asks a lot of questions but doesn’t ever really trust the answer she’s being given Frustrated with the results (or lack thereof), she decided to create the GoodSurgeonGuide and help real women (and men) in similar situations. Always available on twitter: @goodsurgeon.

Then there is Cynthia, a talented, upbeat dynamo full of more enthusiasm than is ever necessary in a human being. Cynthia has found herself, unknowingly when first taking the job, in a role of repeatedly explaining the same things to Christiana while coordinating, well, everything. Cynthia manages the day-to-day technical support for the website, produces and manages major marketing campaigns and even creates content. So, yah, pretty much she is our “go-to” if you need answers and things done.

Then there is Andrea, who has been doing a degree or masters for as long as she’s been alive. She handles a majority of your comments, questions and compliments that come through the site. An Essex ‘bird’ that is pure as the driven snow, when asked how she wanted to be described, she said, “Like a cross between that mother from Gavin and Stacey and chief umpalumpah.” Bless her, sometimes the lights are on!

We cannot forget Karen, who has been with GoodSurgeonGuide since day one with Christiana. She’s been in everyday since we installed sky tv in the office. Karen answers the phone to justify being here and we keep her around like the office mascot. Between Andrea and Karen, our frowns are always turned upside down.
"Loose Women" or Just Saggy .... :laugh2:

The award for the most pointless and ridiculous list on the most superficial and worthless website of the last decade, goes to...

Z 03-06-2013 02:05 PM

Did Cheryl Cole sell her personality to some kind of fame demon so she could win awards like this? Honestly wish she'd **** off and get a sense of humour again, she was really likeable before she was media trained to within an inch of her life.
