he has some chemistry with Sallie imo

Hmm Charlie I suppose, seems to get on quite well with her (though she'd probably be a bit out of his league)

Can't they just put in a female mole and have them act out a love story?

That's much nastier and much better. Also get him stealing other people's stuff and planting it on someone they dislike

he looks like the fawn from Narnia so I cant see any of the girls fancying him, bit stranger things have happened in there.

I think he is straight but then again I may be wrong. He isnt the most fanciable guy but still I think Charlie would be a nice match for him
