What's the story with all the hair extensions?
 

Don't people just have their own hair anymore? Wouldn't it be better to go in the house with your real hair, those extensions start to look disgusting after a short while in that house. Admittedly, I've never worn extensions myself but I don't get the love for them by all these female HMs

Its the Towie look. God knows why its popular but a lot of females seem to think it makes them more attractive, it doesn't, it makes them look more skanky IMO.

Well Gina's look like her grandmother knitted them, so I guess it'd upset the old girl if Gina didn't wear them.

I have to say though Hazels looked pretty good, I wouldn't have guessed they were extensions till Sallie said it.......will see how good they look in a week or so though

With black girls the chances of their hair being their own is very slim. I didn't realise hazel and sallie had them in tbh not until they said.

I feel really sorry for straight men now, women are just so skanky and fake. Tattoos, fake hair colour, fake hair (ie extensions), fake tits, fake teeth,fake tan, fake eye lashes, fake boobs, fake nails, make up shoved on by the trowell load. Might as well date a transvestite to be honest.

I really think you're just looking at the wrong women.

As a black woman myself I never understand this. I find it creepy and a bit white worshippy that Gina has blond extensions and blue eye contacts. Simply not feasible on black women.

I kinda like the look of extensions, especially if you don't have mega hair already like Charlie but in the big brother house, I can see the maintenance problem being a big issue. Sophie Reade lost quite a lot of them iirc.

I hate them too, specially the cheap looking ones like Gina's. Although I think hers is a big fat cheap weave. After a week the weaves and extensions look like a horse chewed it up and spat it out.

From BB10 onwards the female housemates have been very fake looking. BB6-9 had very pretencious women in there but they looked alot more classier (apart from Lea) than the skanky extension women of todays BB

as i said before women wear fake hair fake nails fake lashes get fake boobs use botox fake tan and fake designer handbags etc but they want a real man lol wtf

i'm hoping a crackhead seagul swoops into the garden and rips of her wig and fly away with it lol

I think even women who call themselves classy tend to have something tackky about them (hello Gina). Women will try and come across as classy whilst concealing a boob job. Plus so many young women have tattoos. Imho tattoos and boob jobs (unless for cancer reasons) are just plain tarty. It's a small sign of society moral decline that women demand respect for having these.

Sorry but I think they are vile. It's bad enough when guys have tattoos (wish Zayn from 1D didn't ruin himself with this) but women just put me in mind of hookers, drug users winos and tramps. Don't care how many times Vogue claims tattoos are now acceptable. They are disgusting. My gran was absolutely snobby towards women who had tatts and I have inherited this and it's the one prejudice I don't think is bad.

I'm not hair-extensions crusader or anything but they can look good on the right person, if they didn't people wouldn't get them.

I hate the fake look, I suppose it's ok in moderation but if you have fake tan, fake hair, fake nails, tattoos. Especially if it's mixed with bad surgery. Just looks dirty.

They make me think of Denise on the Royal Family when she puts the hair extensions on Nana.

Hair extensions are never a good look ,and stand out like a sore thumb ,and to go in bb with them is just crazy ,I will never forget Makosi ,who within a few days was scratching her head like a mongrel with fleas
