Gina does indeed want Dexter to stay she said to him clearly she hopes he does, however I don't see Gina in any grouping or team and she is far more close to Dan than Dexter.
I believe in the house she will always be her own person not in a grouping.

Dan went near straight to her after she was saved, those 2 are pretty close on the surface too.
Like most or even all of them in there now though, Gina I am sure just wants Jemima gone.

I think Jemima speech last night opened their eyes. She's the nasty one, not Dexter.

Loving Gina and Dexter I really hope Dexter stays tomorrow and Jeminger is out.
