Hay Fever...

..do you suffer from it..?..I only have in the last 5 years or so, I've been streaming since yesterday...according to the forecast, the pollen count is extremely high in the area I live... since when did a hay fever sufferer need to be told when the pollen is high....

Never used to, but I think I've got it now :( Working as a landscape gardener isn't the funnest job with hay fever.

Yeah I have had it since I was a kid. It wasn't too bad over the last couple of years because most of the summer months I spent in Cardiff, in a very built up area. But now I'm home, in a village with rape seed, grass pollen and my dogs I am dying. I had a doctors appointment the other day to help with it. I now have a sexy inhaler, I look really fit with it (and stronger tablets/nasal spray).

..the raps seed is horrible, it actually burns your nose, you can feel it as you drive past the fields, I'm surrounded with them, both at home and where I work and it's all been a bit later this year which seems to have made it worse.....but Ooooo, I want a sexy inhaler as well...favouritism...

I have had it really badly for the last week or so, I only started getting affected by hay fever in the last 4 years or so. Yesterday I helped fix up a really neglected garden and we used a lawn mower and stuff, so I got very badly effected and today I am still feeling crap, my eyes don't even want to be open.

Princess 01-07-2013 01:25 PM

I've had it for a good few years now, it's really bad this year. My brother has it really bad this year, his eyes have gone all red and puffy.

BigSister 01-07-2013 01:27 PM

No but both my mum and dad do

zotler. 01-07-2013 01:28 PM

I suffer from it really badly. I get cold-like symptoms and really itchy, red eyes. I hate it. It makes me wanna stay inside all summer. :'(

Sophiee 01-07-2013 04:18 PM

nope, never had it. my friend used to get it quite badly though.

Harry! 01-07-2013 07:54 PM

I have it and it is awful, this has to be one of my worst years for it.

Ryan57 01-07-2013 07:57 PM

Yes. Barely had it last summer. However, this summer is making up for it. Constantly having to rub my eyes.
