Sounds like one of those people that likes to turn things around to talk about themselves.

Anywho, they're incredibly fast. It's scan and slide to you and so on. They do a big full trolleys in about a minute. Truly remarkable to see.

she fell and hurt her head and the hospital staff are not looking after her right and treating her like a mad person

Thats because if they don't hit their targets of items scanned per minute they lose pay or their job.

Repeat everything she says with 'omg that happened to my pet hamster too'
