Did Dexter deserve the formal warning?

Is anyone going to give Wolfy a warning for taking the piss and being insulting to the Shaman belief system? I think the warning BB gave Dexter was a bit unnecessary to be honest, I thought they were calling him in to tell him off about the water throwing, not for mentioning people in caravans.

They should have warned Dan for shoving Dexter as well then if they were dishing them out based on a ****ing task.
