Should never have dogs out in this heat it drives them mad, surprised there hasn't been more attacks this week :(

I know people with bull terriers, and they are pretty much the nicest dogs ever, she should learn how to look after the dog.. but nah.. everyone will blame the dog..

Well I don't believe it's solely down to the owner that these breeds of dogs regularly snap and make frenzied attacks on humans and other dogs. I think perhaps it's time there was better regulations on pet ownership in this country, specifically relating to vicious dogs. While it's true that dogs will behave as nicely as they are treated; people shouldn't be able to buy them if they can't handle them.

Although I agree with a lot of what you say there Zee, I don't think it is always about being able to handle them, I suspect some use such dogs to frighten people and animals deliberately, maybe as an I'm tough tactic so leave me alone or else.
