They're both acting really badly but Hazel seems to be the instigator a lot of the time. I don't think Daley would have gone anywhere with the whole showmance thing if Hazel hadn't been so determined to make something of it.

Daley should have told her to stop flirting by now, that is if he cares at all for his gf. Hazel is a free agent and can flirt with whomever she wants.
