Dexter's PR Empire

Dexter created his PR "Empire" by registering a limited company with a capital of £1 on 2nd of April 2013 he invented a "London Office" with a (genuine) Lancashire Phone number. and made a couple of promotional Videos for it (posted on YouTube). he created lots of photo shoots of himself with "HIS" white Rolls Royce Ghost registration Number D 1 (actually a Wedding car borrowed for the occasion) and also created a totally fictional gambler image with the help of the Casino, giving the papers a wholly fictional story of spending £121,000 on Crystal Champagne in one night complete with false Till Bill. He keeps this Big Spender illusion up in front of the HMs, wailing that he was silly to spend that money in that way.

Having said on his VT that he "could buy and sell the HMs" because that was his business! He then goes on to prove the opposite - he is a tongue-tied wretch with delusions of becoming the next Max Clifford.

No self-respecting Z Lister could ever think, after seeing his ineptitude in the House, that this is the one who could bring them fame and fortune!

My advice to Mr Wannabe PR Guru is cut your losses, wind up your non-existent PR "Empire" and retrieve your £1 investment. :wavey:

A business does not need to be a limited company and registered at Companies House. The vast majority of businesses aren't limited companies in fact.

Dexter's newly company gives no clue whatever as to his business activities and certainly does not mean he was not running a PR agency..

All that said, he comes across as a wannabe! ;)

Marc 11-07-2013 12:46 PM

He's a total wannabe.. it's embarrassing

Vanessa 11-07-2013 12:46 PM

They're all wannabies in there. ;)

You apparently haven't looked at Dexter's company Earth Horse PR Limited.

Dexter is a great housemate - that is all that matters.

:joker:

Roy Mars III 11-07-2013 12:49 PM

he's a conman/wannabe which only makes him a even better housemate. The fame hungry housemates have always been the best

Of course he's a phoney! You can just tell he's fake. Although, over the last week I've warmed to him slightly. I never thought I'd say that... :suspect:

Who cares what limited company he has registered?

It is not indicative of whether he ran a business or not . Many, if not the vast majority of, businesses start off as unincorporated. Some never incorporate, others do and the business assets may be transferred over to them over a period.

For something like a small PR agency, I would expect the business assets to be near enough zero.

Your post makes no sense and just indicates that you haven't looked at Earth Horse. Anyway the assets are not zero they are £1.

Yes he's full of BS but for me that makes him a great hm.

He's a **** villain that you can laugh at.

I just don't like how some of his fans have painted him as a misunderstood, endearing guy with a speech impediment that just wants to make some friends.

He's a very complex person.

Couldn't you just have bumped the old thread that you posted this on. So what if he has a made up Company, Callum has slept with 200 women and a mother and daugher, Jackie promised to bring fun to the house. Sophie and Sam said they would be entertaining, I could go on an on, I don't care what any of them do outside the house, it is what they do in the house that interests me.

I rather expected that stock reply, he could be a serial killer (he is NOT a serial killer) and some people would find him lovable and adorable!

My post makes perfect sense... the fact that you have very clearly zero understanding of these matters is not my fault. (I am chairman of a small limited company, BTW).

I did look at the company details a while ago and concluded they were an irrelevance.
