This is super simple.

Example of top 3 votes:

Dex: 10,000 votes
Hazel: 6,000 votes
Dan: 4,000 votes

Say 10,000 votes cost £10k.

Someone with a financial interest in the show, rings up and puts in £5k worth of votes to make Hazel win. Yeh a lot of money, but not if you are going to profit by keeping people in the shower that keep people voting more.

not that many vote its more like 500 votes very easy to swing it cheap if you wanted.

Or this theory....

Daley talked about cleaning his bum hole and he simply got the gay vote.

plus they know alot of people hate this daley and hazel thing..if anything, fixing them to go into the safehouse will put people off the show

How many people know the figures?

I think people honestly think online forums run the show.

People on online forums like the entertaining ones (and by entertaining, I mean loud mouths and airtime hogs)

It wasn't fixed, it just so happens that not everybody wanted to see a week of Dexter pretending to be sexually interested in Charlie or Gina making small talk with Dan and instead people voted for the two people who will (negatively or positively) effect the outcome of the show most by having a separate bedroom for a week.

TiBB cries murder when the show doesn't go their way, its tedious.

The forums opinion isn't reflective of the UKs opinion and you're all gonna have to get used to this fact.
