Not sure what the rulers were for the safe house, were they told there would be a punishment if they left it?

Not much point in pointing out that they must remain within the confines of the Safe House if they can just wander out when the others are in bed, is there?

Well no, but I wondered if they had specifically said there would be punishments, if not then they can easily ignore it, hopefully they won't
