Hazel - mission accomplished - show domination

Looks like Hazel has succeeded in what I suspect was her cynical attempt to become THE show and just dominate HL show. Previous 'big' characters ala Gina, Dexter and Dan are taking a back seat. Cast your mind back first couple of weeks she was just Sallie's pretty little acolyte. Now it's Sallie who?!

She has managed to wrestle the show agenda away from Dexter and Gina and make everything about her. She WANTS the main 'story-line' to be about her and Daley. In order to do this she seized her opportunity after she thought dominant characters Dexter and Gina - her rivals for attention - had been evicted.

She clearly goes on a charm offensive to anyone who is friends with Gina ie Dan, Wolfy, Dexter to say 'hey, I can take your friends away as I am the best girl in the house'.

Daley just wants to 'pork' her, it's as simple as that with him. But Hazel obviously wanted to make a splash, she may have a decent modelling career behind ex-CBB Georgia Salpa in Ireland but she was a nobody here in UK (important glamour / lads mag market and the place to pick up a Premier League boyfriend in a few months to launch her showbiz career). Hazel has seen Georgia become a major force in the lads mags/ lingerie modelling world, rating 5th in FHM sexiest women in 2012 mainly as a direct result of CBB. Becoming a showbiz staple is doable, if TOWIE folk can then she can. Sadly.

Hazel knows she has ******* all chance of winning and that is not her end game. She's going for the big money, the lads mags, the women's weekly consumer mags (e.g. "Read anout how Daley has left me heartbroken" / "Daley and I will start our exciting new lives together...to bad for his ex-girlfriend but we couldn't help how we feel" blah blah"/ Ashley Cole asked me out so I just had to dump Daley" etc.

Usually in recent years ex-BB housemates don't make that much but Hazel has obviously studied the show, knows how to grab the headlines to earn dosh after the show. New! Now! Daily Star, OK! will all be very interested in her, let alone FHM and Nuts. Then when Daley has served his purpose on to a Premier League player (not an Irish one as she wants to broaden her appeal to UK).

Look at that knowing barely concealed smirk when BB was about to announce who was voted into the SH. She says things out loud to deliberately use reverse psychology on BB so that they end up doing things to 'surprise' her e.g. her saying BB would never allow her and Daley to decide who is nominated. She is confident BB WILL do this to 'shock' her and that is what she wants. C5/ Desmond Empire will go along with what she wants as she's a media desirable type unlike Jackie, Callum or the twins who have limited appeal.

Yeh youve got to hand it to her, she came out of no where and stole the show.

Yeah and her family have the neck to complain about how she is portrayed as a 'homewrecker'
No complaints about what a cold hearted, self-centered , money grabbing bitch she is then !
Never mind the fact that when you play with fire - ya get burnt , lets hope they are around to keep the flaming mad Daley at bay when they get out - cos i get the feeling he ain't gonna be too happy with the outcome of his time with the femme fatale Hazel - While she's laughing all the way to the bank !!

Her family want to see her portrayed as the pretty wide eyed girl from back home. The truth is Hazel is very cynical and is fully aware that she is now the major character (annoyingly) on the show.

According to Daily Star she was friends with BB4 runner up Ray Shah, so he's probably been 'grooming' her to take part e.g. don't always sit on fence, try and have a showmance that people will talk about (it's better to be a home-wrecker than be in a boring Ashleigh/ Luke S showmance. We are talking about Dazel whether we like it or not). ££££££££££££££££.

Unless Sophie wins she will make very little post BB, ditto Sam.

The operative word in your post is "probably". You can't quote the Daily Star to support your argument, not if you want to be taken seriously.

Yes, Hazel is stealing the show right now. Good for her... All the others are just in there for altruistic reasons, right?

Love Hazel now.

I don't really understand why people are saying "she is stealing the show", she is in the safe house so along with Daley is getting all the airtime as they are basically running all the tasks, much the same as Gina and Dexter stole the show last week.

Gina and Dexter were told what tasks to do. Hazel and Daley are making the tasks up themselves eg Dexter's naked run etc.

Yes, well done for realising I used the word probably gold star for you. Well done.

No need for sarcasm.

And the point of the long winded post?

Apart from Dexters naked run, which he suggested he would do himself if he was saved, what else have they done? they have just parodied the same tasks that Gina and Dexter had to give out last week, ie Cleaning and removing make up, this really is their opportunity to shine and devise tasks and spread them evenly across the group, instead they have shown their mean and spiteful personalites by asking Gina and Dexter to do stuff that they had no choice but to hand out last week as part of the safe house and shopping task. The interviews were down to BB. The only "original tasks" were making pancakes and getting one of the twins to "dance" unless I have missed something of course.

It's no different to what Dexter is doing... everyone knows Dexter is doing it but he does it in a strangely likeable way. Why is it any worse that Hazel is doing it? I actually think her and Dexter would make a good pair (as friends), they're really quite similar. They probably will be friends after the show, tbh, or at least "friendly business contacts".

She is playing a silky game with Daley because he honestly seems a little volatile... but I still think she hasn't really done anything "wrong" other than try to play the game, which loads of them do. Dexter, Gina, Twins, Callum, Charlie and to an extent Jackie... most of them.

The only "mostly real" ones are Sophie and Sam, and to an extent, evictees Wolfie, Jemima and Sallie. But Sam and Sophie are boring to watch (and inexplicably dislike each other... I can't figure out why??) and wolfie, Jemima and Sallie were... well... they were annoying arseholes. Likewise Dan is mainly being himself but... is an annoying arsehole. Daley seems to now be being himself - an aggressive insecure little man.

The only entertainment in there is the game playing. People love Dex and Gina for it. Not saying you have to like Hazel as you may just dislike her personality, but you can't blame it on the game playing... it's no different to the others.

You are right. Why go in to BB if you do not want to win. What is wrong with that. It is a Brits disease to loathe winners.Really it stems from jealousy.
