Hazel pretends not to know why Daley got the boot!

Excellent liar!

Ever thought she might be a bit embarrassed admitting she was strangled and pinned down by him? Just an idea

I believe parts of the forum can't see past their dislike for her.

Or that she made him mad by pulling down his shorts?

GiRTh 16-07-2013 09:17 PM

Dan is right . She needs to tell them.

lynnet39 16-07-2013 09:21 PM

they need to show the house what acually happened from begining to end

No they dont.

Now that I've seen her very accurate recollection of the events I think she's totally genuine. I think she's seen it for what it was and I think Dan is right, she did nothing wrong and has nothing to be ashamed about.

Jamie585 16-07-2013 09:26 PM

Why should she tell everyone? Its a horrible thing to talk about. Cut her some slack.

She watered down her part so that it was all Daley's doing!

Ohh ffs what is with people wanting the housemates to see everything, ****.

iRyan 16-07-2013 09:27 PM

She's not purposefully lying. She's still clearly shocked and uncomfortable by the situation. I mean how do you comfortably tell people "oh yeah, he chocked me and pinned me down and threatened me".

I think her recollection was very accurate considering they'd been drinking and it was quite a scary incident.

So Hazel takes responsibility for her own actions but Daley's actions are Hazel's fault as well?

Very bizarre logic indeed.

This, pretty accurate!!

rusticgal 16-07-2013 11:48 PM

She is shocked...but she also knows her behaviour was antagonistic which is why she is not in bits as an innocent victim would be. She knows she should have reacted differently rather than playing bat and ball.... she knows she pushed him...he was drunk and wanted to sleep but she wouldnt leave him alone.
I am not condoning his behaviour because he obviously has issues and how he got through the process is beyond me...someone made a huge mistake and Hazel became the victim... but she clearly did not recognise the signs and now feels guilty for not nipping the whole situation in the bud before it got completely out of control.

Yep, I think she's being hugely honest here and with Dan, she told him she was warned too and what for. I don't think she was being devious or calculating in the diary room afterwards either, I think she told the honest truth of how she felt at the time, she wasn't being OTT or screaming for his removal

Visage 17-07-2013 12:01 AM

I genuinely thought she was confused, after all she did spend the night in the same room as Daley and it looked like he was around the garden during the day. Maybe she just needed time to digest what was happening.

I think the others, including Dan, will see things very differently when they find out the WHOLE story and not just Hazel's edited highlights

The 'guilt' is for our benefit, she wants us all to feel sorry for her rather than hate her, as she knows she was already hated by last Fridays boos

Good luck with that Hazel lolololololol

The whole story is that Daley slapped her hard and put his hands on her neck, he also used vile and offensive language. Hazel thought it was play fighting at the start and said go for it. Then when he snapped she was genuinely upset and a bit afraid of what was happening. Hazel could make a big song and dance of it and tell all the housemates what happened and maybe make the likes of Sam and Dexter change their opinions of Daley but she chose not to do that. She is in the right here and he was totally and utterly wrong end of
