Jackie denying Sam access to convo was appalling

Sam could see the Charlie's girl in sex pummelling convo was interesting and shocking, but could not hear. But when Sam asked Jackie to relay it to him she put her own embarassment first and didnt ask someone else to say. When Callum helped out Sam with signing Jackie mocked Callum

She has no care for Sam or anyone else really. She just used it as another excuse to have a go at Callum. Nasty self obsessed woman.

GypsyGoth 19-07-2013 12:12 AM

She should have pummelled Sam, he would have liked that,

YUCK.

Forget winky - more like drinky, as in drinking straw.

My disdain for Jackie is growing. She showed her ignorance against a few people several times during that conversation.

she gave herself 8 out of 10 for looks in a pre show interview....cocky twat

MTVN 19-07-2013 12:51 AM

Well I can see why she would rather not relay her daughter's sex stories, it was more kicking off with Callum over the pummelling action that was a bit stupid

Then why go on bb with daughter? Why hang out after dark? Its not charlies direct story, its someone else? Why not ask charlie to reiterate it to sam. If she uncomfortable...she should grab her slippers, some cocoa and go to bed

Mystic Mock 19-07-2013 01:29 AM

Sam's a likeable guy, and when his shown on the highlights he can be quite funny as well.

I don't get Tulin's problem with him.

arista 19-07-2013 02:05 AM

Sam is only Part Deaf
he can still work out things
a Ideal winner.

We just need to see him get more angry

I'm glad he did the sign, too, because that's apparently one of those words that have different meanings depending which side of the water you're on...

Yeah that was absolutely disgraceful tbh. Its not even as if the story was actually about Charlie..as that would have made it a bit understandable. But to just brush him off like she did was ridiculous. He is not a child, he just has hearing difficulties. He is entitled to be part of any conversation.

Sophster 19-07-2013 08:49 AM

You could tell Sam was frustrated when nobody explained. As a fellow deaf person, I can testify that when you miss out on a funny story or injoke because you can't hear it is very frustrating. Callum did the right thing.

bez87 19-07-2013 08:52 AM

Jackie is just a bad person, poor callum, poor charlie.

bez87 19-07-2013 08:56 AM

I actually think Callum is the only genuine one their is, He does just want to get on with everyone, he's done that from the start, and he's been honest, and he is the only one who sits down with sam and speaks properly and slowly for him, to make sure he can hear and lip read, if you notice when ever there talking together callum always looks at him and makes sure he is making the right mouth movements to what he is saying, i can tell he wants to be a teacher. nobody in the house ever gives sam the time of day to talk properly with him, it's up to him to make sure he can hear them properly

I am also partially deaf and I can emphasise with Sam,sometimes it is difficult when people are talking in a low tone, words are hard to pick up,it can be embarrassing and frustrating,I can hear fine until someone talks in a mumbled fashion or in a whisper,it's also annoying when people are all talking together, that's why I think Sam kind of feels a bit out of the loop.He seems a nice lad.

I couldnt agree more. Most of the others in there are so self absorbed and desperate that they dont even give a thought to anybody else except themselves.
I have noticed as well that Callum is considerate to Sam when he talks to him and without being patronising as well.
Callum is a decent guy.

smudgie 19-07-2013 09:10 AM

Selfish woman.

She is fully aware of his hearing difficulties but quite prepared to be rude and ignorant about it just to get another pop at Callum.

I am finding both the Travers women quite heartless in their quest to win the game.

I absolutely agree! I have never understood everyone's dislike for Callum. He has never done anything but be nice and respectful. So frustrating to hear all the time that he is too nice...really?! I totally believe that he is the type of personality that is like that as I am the same. I have always been nice and respectful to everyone around me regardless of weather I like them or not. Some people would just rather have and keep the peace and don't do well with confrontation.

I hope he wins, he's gone in there and been himself, right down to his holey shirts and hasn't stepped all over people for the sake of the game and has taken everyone's abuse and handled it like a trooper.

Marc 19-07-2013 10:27 AM

I think maybe she didn't want to keep the conversation going because it was a bit gross

I'll be glad to see the back of her. She's showing herself up to be a right arsehole tbh.
