This is what I honestly think of Sam.

After watching Monday night's show there now - I'll say this, I really like Sam as a person.

I think he's so lovely and down to earth, and the kind of guy I'd love to have as a friend. So when I make posts on here about him, it's not that I hate him as a person.

In saying that, I've just voted 15 times to evict him and will do so again later on - I can't stress enough how much I like him as a person, I find him very sweet and actually, quite liked the way he told Sophie he didn't want to know what Callum thought of him incase it ruined his time in the house.

However, as a longterm fan of the show - and someone who enjoys entertainment and wants what's best for the show, that's why he needs to go on Friday.

I fully believe (because he's a lovely person) that he'll not be up for eviction again at all, and we're not going to have any chance to evict him after this.

What I don't want, is Sam snatching the title of 'Big Brother 14 Winner' from someone who deserves it, and someone who has provided entertainment and storylines from Day 1, someone like Dexter or Gina.

That's why I want him out. Great guy as a whole, but horrible housemate to have on the show.

My thoughts exactly.

Nice lad, sweet-natured, occasionally funny but ultimately a fence-sitter who has caused little in entertainment. Show would not be different if he wasn't there. If he won it would lead to more fence sitters next year hoping to lie low until final day.

he wont win so don't get your knickers in a twist...just enjoy what hes doing in there , it will be easier for him now the house gets emptier, hes a good lad, brave too...

I would vote for Sophie instead, more chance of getting her out than Sam

This I've been voting like mad for Sophie, cause I so want Dan to stay.

The next idiot who says this, with absolutely no reasoning behind it at all - is going to push me over the edge.

It's stupid. They all have just as much a chance of going as eachother, just because the bookies say otherwise means absolutely ****** all.

I won't be too sure about that.

Gina is a fave but she also comes with a fair amount of haters who will bide time till final where they will vote for anyone but Gina (unless its Dexter or Hazel).

If Hazel makes the final expect her to do better than expected - she won't do a BB7 Jenny and get 1%. Hazel's Irish fan-base could boost her into top 3

You have to take into account that I'm a Sam fan and therefore by default I want to lead you in another direction when you vote to evict...

Fair enough :p

I had a soft spot for Sophie though as soon as she entered on launch, have to admit my opinion's changed a little on her. She was a disappointment.

Out of the 3 up this week Sam is my favorite so I want him to stay.

alex_front2 24-07-2013 02:18 PM

Then again if I was 20 I'd fancy Sam

bananarama 24-07-2013 04:28 PM

To those that like Sam. Please vote him out for his sake. It is uncomfortable to watch him struggling amidst such bigger characters.

Gillian-73 24-07-2013 04:35 PM

Good post Patrick. I agree he's a nice young lad from what I can tell but bb isn't the show for him!

Reasoning: Sophie's a woman.

I've been banging this drum for days.

If Sam doesn't go on Friday he'll be crowned the winner.

He polls quite high on forums which is ****ed up as he's barely featured at all in the past 5 weeks. Automatic sympathy vote. Not unlike Pete BB7.

I want Gina to be crowned the winner so I'll be voting out her competition, Sam.

susie q 24-07-2013 07:28 PM

Sam is not my favourite but I still like him and think hes brave and quite funny at times.
I would like him to stay, dont think he will, but wouldnt mind if he did as I am sure he could
use the money more than some of the others ie Gina or Dexter.
I am voting to evict Dan because his constant moaning and bitching annoy me.

Benjamin 24-07-2013 07:33 PM

If he wins it will be such a terrible result from the housemates we have.

Don't compare Sam to Pete. Pete was entertaining as hell. I know some people disliked him... I thought he was hilarious.

Sam has been non-existent on the show. I really can't see people voting for him to win. The viewers have changed over the years.. Aaron winning is proof of that. Dexter and Gina definitely have better chances winning then Sam.

The girls around Pete were entertaining.

Lea, Lisa, Nikki, Ais.

Pete would have been non existent if it wasn't for them.

Pete had a lot of funny clips not involving the girls at all. Plus they all wanted him.

Sam has had NO air-time at all. He's done nothing funny. Half the time I forget he is in the show. Same with Sophie.

Macie Lightfoot 24-07-2013 09:08 PM

"If I don't win, God doesn't exist" was certainly the pinnacle of hilarity.

Don't forget his comedy trip down the stairs when entering.

My sides.

Macie Lightfoot 24-07-2013 09:42 PM

It was so funny how Tourette's made him fall down the stairs. And curse. And be incredibly animated in the DR but so ****ing inert in actual human interaction. Not a poseur in the slightest.

Black Dagger 24-07-2013 09:52 PM

I keep saying this, the guy is lovely, but him winning would be a joke (it will be a joke because he will win) he's done **** all. He can dice onions nicely, I'll give him that, but big ****ing whoop.
