Gina is basically a stereotypical camp guy

But Dan out of the ones you listed

All are very camp, both twins come across as campest to me.
Dan had a few camp hissy fits but both the twins movements and mannerisms are very camp.camp.
Dexter is as camp as they come.

definitely the twins by far. not really sure if one more than the other as I still can't tell them apart.

Only one of the twins says he's gay but I think both are..... and they are both equally camp.
