Can we talk about the cheers the twins received in the live eviction?

I was shocked about it more than Dan being evicted

Not even worth discussing - the eviction crowds know nothing. These are the people who booed Aaron and acted like Jay McKray was the best thing since a slice of bread.

Twins are friends with Sophie. It was Sophie fans cheering them.

alex_front2 28-07-2013 12:08 AM

Patrick, agreed. Booing Aaron in final victory was disgraceful.

The twins made sure Gina and others know that they received cheers.

Withano 28-07-2013 12:18 AM

They're nice boys

Jords 28-07-2013 12:25 AM

Its so aghhhhhh because I CANT STAND Jack but I really like Joe.

Tregard 28-07-2013 12:31 AM

I found it really weird they were booing Dexter, I thought the crowd were for him quite recently?

CaudleHalbard 28-07-2013 12:37 AM

Interesting seeing Joe giving Dexter some advice. It was almost as if Dexter was the teenager and Joe was the older mentor!

I am beginning to see why evictees never anything bad to say about the twins.

I'll bet none of the Joe/Dex discussion will be shown on the HLs and we'll just see the twins being giggling arsewipes.

I have not liked the twins from day 1. But could it be they get stereotype edits? Just a passing thought. :)

Nah,the are the same on LF as in their edits.

Sophiee 28-07-2013 01:25 AM

I was confused as to why they received plenty of cheers, yet sam got a few boo's :conf: it just doesn't make sense. maybe the twins appeal more to the casual viewers.

The point I was making is that we don't see the twins LF stuff much on the HLs. All we see is an unbalanced view showing them as (failed) cheeky chappies or argumentive idiots.

We don't see the LF bits which show other HMs unburdening themselves to a twin and indeed taking advice - as Dexter was from Joe tonight.

It's a side if them which needs to be shown more in the interests of fairness.

In all fairness dex would take advice from a toaster, hes that needy for friendship. That and hes an ultimate game player. Aligning himself with someone who received cheers wouldn't be beyond him.

I quite like the twins when they're not being arrogant. They can be nice when they just relax. I think they'e more popular to the casual viewer than the forums.

That was a nice chat. Starting to warm to the twins a bit.
